Welcome to Archers Track. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Archers Track ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Archers Track is a management platform for archery clubs, schools, and organizations. The Service provides tools for managing archers, tournaments, scheduling, financial tracking, and program administration.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

• New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial of the Service. The 30 days begin when you first add archers, a program or a tournament, or when you choose a plan, whichever comes first.
• No payment method is required to start the free trial.
• To keep using the Service after the trial, you choose a monthly or yearly plan and add a payment method. Your subscription starts when you do.
• If you do not choose a plan, you will not be charged. Without a plan you can still use the Service's tournament features (creating tournaments, registration links, registrations, waivers and payment tracking for tournaments) at no charge.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed on a monthly ($39.99/month) or yearly ($399.99/year) basis.
• Online payments are optional and have no monthly fee. If you turn them on, Archers Track keeps 1% plus $0.10 of each payment a family makes online through the Service, collected by Stripe as a platform fee from your club's Stripe account, in addition to Stripe's own processing fees. When a payment is refunded, the matching part of this fee is refunded. No fee applies to payments you record as cash, check or other offline methods.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
• Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
• You grant Archers Track a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data, including personal information of archers and members.
• We are not responsible for the loss of data due to account cancellation or termination.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archers Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users. We will provide notice when possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
