If a family hasn't paid when they sign up, Archers Track creates an invoice and emails it. See who still owes, and remind one family or everyone who's behind in one tap. NASP scores on your roster, without retyping.
Official scoring happens in NASP's own system, and that doesn't change. Archers Track brings the results to your roster: it looks up an archer on NASP's public results site and imports their tournament history and scores, one archer at a time or the whole team at once.
Each archer's personal best and last competition score then show on your roster, so you can see who's improving and who's ready to move up.

Does this replace NASP's tournament system?
No. NASP runs official tournament registration and scoring, on nasptournaments.org and its newer Arrowscores platform. Archers Track runs the rest of your team's season: your roster, parents, fees, waivers, practices and equipment. How they fit together
Can our school pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. On the yearly plan, schools and booster clubs can pay by invoice or purchase order. Send us a request and we'll email you an invoice. We can also send a W-9.
How are archers organized?
By school and by division: elementary, middle or high school. Filter your roster by either in one tap, which also works for clubs that draw from several schools.
What about student data?
We keep only what your club fills in, coaches see only their own club, parents see only their own archers, and we don't sell personal information. How we handle student data
How much does it cost?
One plan with unlimited archers and coaches, invoicing included: $399.99 a year or $39.99 a month. Letting parents pay online by card or Apple Pay is optional and has no monthly fee: Archers Track keeps 1% + 10¢ of each online payment. The first 30 days are free, and you don't need a card to start.
