Arrowscores runs the tournament. Archers Track runs the season.
NASP's tools handle official tournament registration and scoring. Everything around them, from sign-up forms to who still owes for a shirt, is where Archers Track comes in.

What Arrowscores is
Arrowscores is NASP's cloud-based tournament registration and scoring platform. NASP opened it in January 2026 to organizations outside NASP, without needing NASP membership or certification, so they can schedule, promote, run and share results for their tournament events. Read NASP's announcement.
NASP also runs nasptournaments.org, where official NASP tournament results are published.
What Archers Track is
Archers Track is software for running the team itself, all season long. It's built for archery clubs and NASP school teams, and it covers the work that happens between tournaments:
- Your roster, by school and division, with each archer's balance and scores
- Sign-up links for classes, practices and your own club events, with waivers signed on the phone
- Invoices that send themselves, payment reminders and, if you want, online payments
- Equipment orders, including Step Up requests, and private lessons
- Emails to families, and a login for every coach and volunteer
Who does what
A simple way to split it:
| The job | Where it happens |
|---|---|
| Official NASP tournament registration and scoring | NASP's tools (Arrowscores, nasptournaments.org) |
| Official NASP results | NASP's tools, then imported onto your Archers Track roster |
| Your team roster, schools and divisions | Archers Track |
| Parent sign-ups for classes, practices and club events | Archers Track |
| Waivers for your club and its sign-ups | Archers Track |
| Team fees, invoices and reminders | Archers Track |
| Equipment orders and Step Up requests | Archers Track |
| Practices, classes and private lessons | Archers Track |
Questions
Do I still need NASP's tournament tools?
Yes. For official NASP tournaments, registration and scoring happen in NASP's system. Archers Track doesn't replace that, and it isn't trying to.
Does Archers Track import scores from Arrowscores?
The score import reads NASP's public tournament results on nasptournaments.org. It looks up an archer by name and state and brings their tournament history and scores onto your roster.
Can I run my own club tournaments in Archers Track?
Yes. For your own events, like a club shoot or a practice tournament, you can create a tournament with its date, place, entry fee and spots, share a sign-up link, collect waivers and track who's paid.
Is Archers Track part of NASP?
No. Archers Track is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by NASP.
Let the season run itself.
